It is safe to ship a pup and I ship all the time with no problems. Pups are vet checked and examined before traveling by plane. They are given a certificate to fly that is required by airlines. Pups are not tranqualized and is not recommended by my veterinarian. Airlines also do not advise to do so. The pup may experience some nervousness and may be scared when brought to the new home. He/she just needs some time and extra attention.
Please include 1st and 2nd choice of airports in your email when you wanting to purchase/confirm availablity. PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL ME FOR CONFIRMATION OF AVAILABLITY AND AIRPORT INFORMATION UNTIL A DECISION HAS BEEN MADE. This can create a waste of time for me checking with several of the airlines I use for flight availablity and create confusion on availablity. Pups can be sold at ANYTIME. Please decide on the pup first; I use 5 different airlines, so more than likely I can get a flight unless it is June-Sept..I only use 1 airline due to temperature restrictions all the others have. ALL BUYERS MUST ACCEPT THE DATE AND TIME GIVEN FOR ARRIVAL AND MUST BE WILLING TO WORK AROUND IT, NO MATTER THE CASE. It can be anytime during the week, any day of the week. I do not charge delivery to the airport and have an Explorer (gas hog), my own schedule (work) and flight availablity to work around. I cannot take requests nor make any exceptions, I apologize up front, I have to many things to work around . Days I ship are SATURDAY & SUNDAY ONLY. Please note that most airlines will not allow for booking/reservations to be made until 7 days prior to planned ship date (with the exception of Continental) and in some cases 24 hrs. You pay all up front, so there are no unexpected charges when picking up the pup etc.

COST IS LISTED BY EACH INDIVIDUAL PUP; W/SHIPPING, THIS IS THE TOTAL; This is what it cost me to ship, and I make NO additional money,nor do I come back later and tell you its more; if it is, I cover it.
CANADA SHIPPING: Montreal & Toronto-cost is $360; price can change depending on fuel charges. There could be a $35 terminial fee that you need to be aware of that would be paid in Canada when picking up the pup. You can call the airport in Canada to find out more about this fee. I do not ship to Vancover...flights are not possible without having to overnight board the pup. (Vancover does not allow pickup after 5:30 p.m.) I will not put pups through the long flight and then fly again the next morning while trying to adjust to all the new changes. I recommend shipping the pup to Seattle, it is 127 miles from Vancover. My pups will pass through borders efficiantly with the extensive health record given with my pups. Shipping to Seattle would be normal cost as if shipping in U.S.
Declared Value Insurance is additional and is declared value only, meaning that you cannot insure more than value/worth..this is through the airlines and not me...they will only cover the pup and possibly the crate if it is not obtainable. I recommend considering even for the piece of mind, once the pup is dropped of at the airport I am not responsible.
Cost is $.50 per $100 --- $600=$3.00, $700=$3.50, $800=$4.00, $900=$4.50, $1,000=$5.00
Cost is $3.50 per $100 if shipped Northwest (this airline used in mostly northern and northwestern states)
For cost of shipping 2 pups (must be littermates/in the same litter, and 8 wks): $450 9 wks & older $500
Below is the crate sizes I use which come with water/food dishes. Medium (most pups shipped in) is a 200 series. Please note, airlines ship by size of crate and weight. Pups must fit and be within guidelines to ship in certain crate sizes
Medium 21 1/2 x 27" x 20" 8-9 wks
Intermediate 22" x 32" x 23" 9-11 wks
Large 24" x 36"x 26" 12+ wks or 2 pups (must be littermates)
I will do my best to make the shipping as cheap as I can without compromising the pups comfortablity and safety; I also have airline guidelines/requirements that I must meet. Shipping price is what it actually costs me to ship.
